Harold Floyd
As a DVIRC Business Solutions Advisor, Harold guides area manufacturers in creating and implementing change initiatives for business and personal growth.
He works with DVIRC clients in the development and implementation of strategic plans and succession plans, guides executive teams through issues related to Lean transformation and
productivity initiatives, and helps strengthen skills in building strong, collaborative employee teams.
A business leader with more than 25 years experience in both executive and functional areas, Harold has held positions of responsibility in P&L management, strategic planning, operations, global sales, marketing, international business development and financial analysis/management. He is Lean Level 1 and Lean Champion certified.
Harold holds a BS from West Point and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
