Our Master Black Belt instructors have many years of manufacturing experience, including implementation, training and coaching projects.We integrate Lean and Six Sigma tools into our methodology.Black Belt training can be completed after Green Belt training for a savings of $750! All Six Sigma Training includes QI Macros statistical software. This is an easy-to-use Excel add-in that does all the number-crunching needed in the course of a typical Six Sigma project. It also contains various templates of use in a Six Sigma project.The program introduces the (DMAIC) methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and enables attendees to better control processes, cut costs and save time.
