Workshop Description:
Completion of DVIRC's unique, application-centric Green Belt Certification process will enable you to use DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to lead teams through Six Sigma projects that address specific operational challenges existing within your organization, enabling improvement and control of constraining or unreliable processes to reduce cost, save time, increase customer satisfaction, and grow sales. Projects directly related to your organization will be completed to ensure your understanding of the methodology and generate immediate benefits for your organization. And, our unique schedule means as you learn each step, you will apply each step. Throughout your certification process you will be meeting in groups with other Green Belt candidates to share your experience, and learn from each other's experiences. All the while, you will get individual attention and coaching for effectiveness from our Master Black Belt who facilitates the program.
